Helps us eradicate gaps in gender equity in our community through access to quality childcare for all families and #allkids.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Interact with customers via inbound telephone calls, text messages and emails to provide information and assistance in a friendly, direct manner.

  • Customer first outlook.

  • Making sure bookings are filled in a timely matter

  • Ability to follow systems and direction.

  • Ability to collaborate via remote systems like Google Drive, HelpScout, and others.

  • We are looking for someone reliable, punctual and detail oriented.

  • The ideal candidate is comfortable working remotely, is self-motivated and able to communicate with the team using designated platforms.

  • Must be tech savvy.

Background in childcare a plus. We welcome mothers to apply.

The schedule will be 30-40 hours/week, we are looking for someone who can be flexible. Compensation for the job is in the $12-14/hour range DOE. This is a remote position.

Our recruitment team moves at a fast pace, is always looking for amazing sitters to join our Helpr Team and has a can do attitude. While things are not always black and white we lean in to the gray and are always trying new things to reach more people!

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Ability to evaluate candidates skills, fit for company, etc throughout application process

  • Interview applicants on a daily basis for multiple markets

  • Work with Customer Service Team to ensure supply is where it needs to be in each market

  • 2+ years full cycle recruitment experience.

  • Love of people, and gets energy from connecting with others.

  • Childcare experience is a plus! Being able to know what makes childcare such a fun, rewarding position, and tough at the same time!

  • Data-driven. Ability to look at information submitted objectively.

  • Communication is key to what we do, so being able to interact in clear, compassionate ways both on and off line is a must.

  • Flexibility and the ability to pivot when needed.

  • Bachelors degree preferred.
