Once you decide to hire a nanny, you can start with an initial verbal offer, and then a written conditional offer that outlines your agreements.

Once you decide to move forward with a nanny, we’ll speak to two related professional references and run a comprehensive criminal background check, social media review, and certify any required training such as CPR certification.

Our Executive Nanny Search is a concierge style service. You’ll begin with a consultation with one of our Care Consultants who specialize in nanny recruiting and screening. Our Consultants are passionate about connecting with your family to understand all of your care needs.

Our nanny placement fee is $2,500.
You can also add a guarantee and continuous screening:
$1,500 - 4 month guarantee - if your nanny leaves the position, for any reason, within four months from hire, we will find a replacement (must be for same position).
$2,200 - 1 year guarantee - if your nanny leaves the position, for any reason, within one year from hire, we will find a replacement (must be for same position)
$10 monthly - Continuous background screening - we offer continuous background checks so you can have peace of mind
Our Provider Screening Package is $500 and includes:

Two professional reference checks
Certification of relevant trainings

To begin your search, sign our Release of Liability form and make a payment for the services of your choosing. A Care Consultant will reach out to you within 2 business days to set up your consultation.

We do our best to find you a nanny as quickly as possible. Generally we recommend allowing 2-6 weeks for a placement. Timelines vary based on markets, types of positions, and hours and rates offered.
